A Cinderella story...

In 1992 owner and founder, Angie Hyde,  began building mums out of her home for her oldest daughter who attended LD Bell High school in Bedford, Texas. Always willing to give back she created a fundraiser for the drill team, which helped her business grow rapidly.This continued with her second daughter who attended Northwest high school  in Justin.

 

Angie's dream of opening a storefront  became a reality in 2011 when Spotlight Mums  was brought to life for its very first homecoming season. 

 What started as Angie working her business by herself,  now employs nine consultants and ten builders to serve its every growing client base. 

 Today, Spotlight Mums has grown into the premiere mum shop across the Dallas/Fort Worth area. 

 

The store front now caters to 24  high schools and carries colors for ANY and EVERY school. We have made great strides to service any customer in need of our products and expertise.

​Our shop is truly one of a kind and has been credited throughout multiple states. We have shipped our custom mums and garters to multiple states and even out of the country, including: Florida, Oklahoma, Colorado, Arkansas, New Mexico, Mississippi, Louisiana and even Germany. 

Angie always saw her business up in lights and worked every day to make Spotlight Mums what it is today
